Melora Nelmark, C.T., L.M.T, A.T. 

Melora Nelmark graduated from Carthage College in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training.  She has an Associate Degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant program from Gateway Technical College in 2005.  Melora has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002, graduating from the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness.

Melora assists Dr. Bakken with initial exams, applies many different treatment modalities, and directs patient stretching and excercise routines.  She can provide injury specific strength and flexibility rehabilitation training.  She specializes in deep tissue therapy massage.  One hour massage appointments can be made which are specific to individual diagnosis.

Amber Hintz, L.M.T.

Amber is the newest addition to Back-In-Action, joining us in the position of Massage Therapist this past December.  She graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in 2011 and hopes to fully utilize massage as a healing art through her work at Back-In-Action.  If you are a current patient and would like Dr. Bakken to make recommendation for massage therapy in your healing process, please let us know.

Erin Thillemann

Erin is the first person you meet when you walk in the door most mornings and afternoons at Back-In-Action.  She manages the scheduling, phones, insurance calls, and anything else that comes along during the day.

Cindy Dillon

Cindy is the first person you'll meet if you are mainly an evening, Friday, and Saturday patient!  She manages the scheduling, phones, insurance verifications, and whatever else gets thrown her direction during the day.

Ana Kloster

Ana is the office manager at Back-In-Action, and Andrew's wife.  She shares her husband's view of creating a friendly, positive environment for patients and employees alike.  Although she is often hidden away taking care of the behind the scenes aspects of the business, she also covers the front desk when needed.
