Meet the Staff
Not only is Ana Kloster the office manager of Back-In-Action, but she is also Andrew’s wife! After nine years as an equine veterinarian, she was ready for a change of pace. It just so happened that Back-In-Action was experiencing rapid growth and needed a manager.
Ana shares her husband’s view in the importance of creating a friendly and positive environment for both patients and employees alike. You will often find her working the front desk and answering phones, but just as often she’s hiding in the business office, keeping up with marketing, ordering supplies, or another of the many, many things she does each and every day.
While Ana no longer works full time as a veterinarian, she still keeps busy taking care of her multi-species family. When she’s not at Back-In-Action, she can usually be found out in the barn with their three horses, five miniature horses, two miniature donkeys, and their llama (yes, they do have a llama). Ana also enjoys hiking the hills of the Coulee region with Andy and their dog Maggie.
